Information we collect

We collect the information you choose to provide in an order request, contact message or newsletter subscription. This may include your name, email address, telephone number, delivery address, instrument and mouthpiece details, order selections, notes and uploaded mouthpiece photographs.

How we use it

We use this information to review compatibility, prepare and fulfil an order, calculate shipping, communicate with you, provide customer support, send requested updates and maintain appropriate business records. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers

Information may be processed by providers that support website hosting, secure file storage, email delivery and payment. Payment takes place only after the order and shipping total are confirmed; PayPal processes payment information under its own privacy terms.

Analytics and cookies

Essential browser storage supports the shopping cart and privacy preferences. With your consent, Google Analytics measures visits and order-request activity, and Microsoft Clarity provides heatmaps and session recordings. Form details are masked in recordings. Private order-management and personal quote pages are excluded. You can change your choice using Cookie settings in the footer.

Email updates

If you subscribe, we use your email address to send occasional SAXELIER updates. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe option. You may unsubscribe at any time.

For existing email subscribers, we may also send one helpful follow-up after an unfinished checkout, a reminder after a confirmed unpaid quote, and a check-in after delivery. A signed cookie can recognise a subscriber for 30 days. Checkout activity uses your email and whether your cart contains items, without saving an unfinished delivery address or payment details. Follow-up records support delivery and duplicate prevention; a minimal suppression record prevents further emails after unsubscribe.

Retention and your choices

We keep information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, including order support and legal or accounting obligations. You may ask to access, correct or delete your information, subject to applicable requirements.
